• • Account data (email and basic workspace/profile settings).
• • Share link interaction telemetry (plays, likes, and feedback notes) scoped to a share token.
• • Technical data required to operate the service (e.g., rate-limiting and abuse prevention signals).
• • Local device storage (e.g., theme preference and onboarding flags) to keep the UI consistent.

How we use it

We use data to:

• • Operate the workspace and share links you create.
• • Send transactional emails you request (waitlist confirmation, approvals, and alerts).
• • Provide creator-facing analytics (plays/likes/feedback counts).
• • Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect accounts.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We use third-party providers to operate the service:

• • Supabase (database, auth, storage, edge functions).
• • Vercel (hosting and deployment).
• • SendGrid (transactional email delivery).
• • Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the waitlist form).

We may add additional analytics tools later (e.g., PostHog or Google Analytics). If we do, we will update this policy.

Your choices

You can:

• • Keep share links private and only distribute them to people you trust.
• • Request account deletion and data removal by emailing support.
• • Opt out of non-essential emails by replying to an email from us or contacting support.
