Eligibility

Use of share links

Share links are private until you distribute them. Keep tokens confidential. ReverbMind may pause or disable share links that trigger abuse protections, violate these Terms, or attempt to scrape listener data.

Creator responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you upload or share. You represent you own or have the rights to use the content (including audio, images, and text), and that your use does not violate any third-party rights.

• • Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property.
• • Do not upload malware, attempt to exploit the Service, or bypass rate limits.
• • Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, or target other people.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. You grant ReverbMind a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service (including rendering your private workspace and any share links you create).

Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an early-access basis and may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVERBMIND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVERBMIND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
